Upgraded the electrical system including a new panel and full rewire. Upgraded the plumbing, drainage and sewage systems and performed lead and asbestos abatement. Removed an illegal addition, performed roof repairs and applied stucco wall covering and paint. Installed doors, windows, insulation, drywall, texture and paint, carpet, vinyl flooring and baseboard. Relocated the water heater from the kitchen to the exterior and created an interior laundry area. Performed full kitchen and bathroom remodels.
