Interior Improvements: replaced wall heaters with central heat and air conditioning, upgraded the electrical and plumbing systems and replaced the natural gas line. Performed a complete kitchen remodel, two bathroom remodels, drywall repairs and texturing, a full interior paint and installed new vinyl floors, carpeting, and closet doors.
