Improvements: Removed the rear addition, applied stucco exterior and HardiePlank cement siding and performed a complete exterior paint job. Installed a new roof and new doors. Replaced and upgraded the electrical panel and re-wired the house. Performed interior drywall repairs and installed new vinyl floors.
