Improvements: Removed the rear overhang, replaced the mudsill, and replaced concrete for the rear patio, front porch and walkway. Applied stucco exterior and new paint and replaced windows and the front door. Replaced the roof, replaced and upgraded the electrical sub-panel and installed a forced air heating/cooling system. Kitchen: Upgraded plumbing, electrical and ventilation and installed new drywall, texture and paint. Installed new tile floor, cabinetry, Corian counters, fixtures and appliances.
