Master Bathroom Remodel: Repaired dry rot and relocated plumbing to accommodate the new tub and shower pan configurations. Replaced fiberglass shower pan and surround with cultured marble and installed a glass enclosure. Restored the vanity cabinet and installed a new cultured marble vanity top. Painted walls and ceiling and replaced vinyl flooring with porcelain tile. Replaced light soffit with light fixtures and installed a new toilet and closet doors. Other Improvements: Full interior paint and installed new carpet and baseboards throughout.
