Bathroom: Repaired extensive dry-rot, replaced framing and insulation and upgraded the plumbing and electrical systems. Installed new drywall, texture and paint. Replaced the tub and installed matching tile for the floor and tub/shower surround. Replaced the vanity cabinet, installed a matching linen closet, a cultured marble vanity top, a new sink, and a new toilet.
